Cancellation Policy

🌿Our office policy requires that patients give us 24 hours’ notice if they must cancel their appointment so that we may schedule someone else in your spot.
When you schedule an appointment with us, that space has been reserved especially for you. Both I and my staff spend time preparing for your appointment a full day in advance. When you miss your appointment, this is lost revenue for the clinic and we often have a waiting list for new patients who would love to get an earlier appointment. You will be charged a $50 NO SHOW fee if you are unable to extend this courtesy to us.
We understand that emergencies arise and we will always work with you in those situations.
