Hello, my name is Michelle Schneider, FNP-C, owner and founder of Optimal Hormone Health and Aesthetics. I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in HRT for both men and women, Functional Medicine, Weight Loss, and Aesthetics.
I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 27 years and a Nurse Practitioner for over 12 years. Helping people live and age healthier is the most fulfilling job (besides motherhood) that I’ve ever had!

Medicine changes quickly, and this is why I have devoted the last 12 years to continual learning to bring you the most up-to-date research and recommendations. I have completed numerous HRT certifications and trained with top HRT experts across the country. I’m currently working on another HRT certification through Worldlink Medical and a Menopause Certification through the North American Menopause Society.
In addition to ongoing training, I also have recently completed advanced training in Functional Medicine from the Institute of Functional Medicine and advanced training in Obesity Medicine from the Obesity Medicine Association.
